The best way to support the Bethlehem Democratic Party is to stay informed, join the committee, run for office, help other Democrats run for office, donate, and volunteer. Applications for office are solicited in the spring. The 11-member BDC Executive Committee conducts interviews prior to endorsing candidates for office. Elected offices in the Town of Bethlehem include:

- Town Supervisor, 2-year term
- Town Board, 4-year term (4 seats, 2 run every other year)
- Town Clerk, 2-year term
- Receiver of Taxes, 2-year term
- Town Justice, 4-year term (2 seats, 1 runs every other year)
- Highway Superintendent, 2-year term
- Bethlehem Democratic Committee, 2-year term (62 seats, two for each of 31 election districts)
